Each townhouse at the Shores has three levels. The ground floor has a garage, a laundry room, and a storeroom for beach equipment, fishing tackle, or golf clubs. A beach side door leads directly on to the Shores boardwalk, which runs the length of the complex. The second floor has a large living and dining room, a full bath, and a large bedroom. A large deck off the living room has stairs leading to the boardwalk, which provides direct access either to the beach or to the swimming pool. The third floor of the two bedroom units comprises a very large master bedroom facing the Gulf with it's own balcony, a full bath, a dressing room and a large walk-in closet. The three bedroom units have an extra bath and an extra bedroom on the third floor, as well.

The townhouses are all privately owned, tastefully furnished and carefully maintained by the owners and the Shores' cleaning staff. All townhouses have fully equipped kitchens, microwave, appliances, utensils, linens, cable TV, washers/dryers, and telephones.

The Shores swimming pool and private 1000’ beach are accessible to all the townhouses from The Shores private boardwalk.
