Security Deposit-$250.00 due within 10 days of reservation-credit cards not accepted.

Deposits are not applied against rent but are refunded within 14 days of departure.

No refund for early departure.

14 days notice for cancellation.

60 days notice for cancellation of monthly rentals.

No pets.

Rates do not include a one time housekeeping fee
and 9.5% tax.

Non-smoking units available.

All rent due upon arrival

A minimum stay is required during certain time periods.

Unused rent refunded in case of mandatory evacuation due to hurricane or other
disaster.

Monthly tenants must pay power bill exceeding $100.

Max occupancy 2 bedroom is 6 persons.

Max occupancy 3 bedrooms is 8 persons.

Minimun age requirement for rental is 25 with ID. One parent for every 3 persons under 25!

Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and no unused rent will be refunded.

Cleaning fee for 2 bedroon unit is $74.55

Cleaning fee for 3 bedroom unit is $90.53

Beach chairs are not provided-bring your own
Beach Towels are not provided-bring your own
Washer/Dryer in each unit -bring detergent.
Dishwashers in each unit-bring detergent.

$45.00 charge for lost key or for key not turned in upon departure.
